A Planning Permit has been issued for approximately 200 lot, located in a Prestige part of Cranbourne. This development will be ready for construction to commerce in the first half of 2015.
Yarrambat Township - working with stakeholders and council for the proposed development of Yarrambat Township Centre with potential commercial, petrol station, medical centre, etc.
Yering Station – Ministerial Planning Scheme Amendment for site specific amendment use.
The land is currently going through a rezone from employment uses to residential uses, with a concurrent Planning Permit Application. This development is over 98 hectares producing more than 1250 lots of residential.
Management of Development Plan Application for Private School (Ivanhoe) covering Capital Works for the next 5 years.
120 Apartments, Supermarket, Shapes & Officers. Over 4 levels & underground basement car park.The site is locatedin the heart of Coburg. A rezone was achieved & a Planning Permit Application is currently being prepared.
South Morang - Development Plan has been issued and a Planning Permit Application is underway for a Commercial Development involving Petrol Station, Supermarket & a Leisure Precinct & Activities.
