WPA prepared the Stage 1 Planning Permit Application that incorporated the construction of Main Street from Surf Coast Highway, as well as the Coles supermarket, supporting retail tenancies and a medical centre. Subsequently, WPA prepared a series of permit applications for the pad sites fronting Surf Coast Highway, enabling major tenants, including Dan Murphy’s, Armstrong Real Estate, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, and KFC, to tenant the centre.
