WPA involvement in this project, consisting of 28 hectares of land, crossed a series of different project stage gates. This included managing the initial re-zoning process that made the land suitable for residential development, managing the creation of an overarching development plan, and applying for a planning permit. Following the issuance of the planning permit, Ivanhoe Grammar School appointed WPA as development and project manager for this 380-lot subdivision, which reached completion within 30 months.
