WPA is engaged to manage this project from inception to completion. This project involves working closely with the Victorian Planning Authority and Mitchell Shire Council, advocating for the commencement of PSP creation, which will ultimately consist of over 2,000 dwellings. WPA commenced thorough due diligence to facilitate the maximization of future lots and is in continuous contact with the relevant statutory authorities to ensure projected deadlines and objectives are met.
